We can't tell you because then you'll go there and we can't have that on our conscience.
I was once like you, went on 4chan and it was full of porn and racists. There's no one specific board for this, you have to sift through the endless garbage to find these stories.
Which is why these gain traction on link aggregators, because someone else did the hard work of sifting through the crap.
Dunno if there's a new one for these but they generally are on /b/ or any of the other ones that are related to the subject matter i.e. cooking or anime
