I've never understood acquiring more land for parking when you can have multifloor parking garages? Heck, you can have underground parking below those stores.

Its cheaper to slap asphalt on land, im guessing.

And now they need a seperate transport from parking to the attractions. And that needs parking too, so even more parking!

It would have a lot less variety... I mean, if everything was themed around the movie Cars instead of multiple franchises? That would get boring.
