41 here, I was there too. It's not that bad, just take care of yourself now. At your age I ate fast food, never exercised, and basically lived on caffeine, nicotine, and stress endorphins from working all the time. Now at my last check up, I'm overweight, my knees are shot, my back hurts all the time, and I have chronic acid reflux.
You are young enough that you can get a head start on aging, what you should do daily is exercise, eat healthy, and take some personal time/mental health time for yourself everyday to reduce stress. You don't want to end up like me and be facing a huge uphill battle to get healthy.
Ok let's trade ages. I'll take being 25 and you get to be 40.
If it makes you feel any better, the age you are right now is the youngest you'll ever be.
I remember 25. I still felt alive and didn't have chronic pain randomly appearing in various parts of my body.

My brain broke a bit the first moment I realized that, if I had a kid the same age my mom had me (early 20s), that child would be over 21.
Yeah, doing a same parallel tracking, I would have a 13 year old. shudder
While I'm not old enough to have a 25 year old kid yet I do think my 30's have been better so far than my 20's were!
I’d literally suck the youth out of 25 year olds like a vampire to be 25 again.

As you grow you will keep appreciating the growing amounts of personal development
Eventually you think back to when you were worried about turning 25 and you'll think "why would I ever wanna be 25 again? I had so much less knowledge and experience back then"
Then you shake yourself back into reality & remember, "...oh yeah, because I was hot & my dick worked."
~ 35 is definitely golden era … at least for men. Old enough to be in control of your body and emotions, but still young enough to have spontaneous energy.
