Thumbs down - this LLM still needs a bit of work to make its speech more human. Midway through it just seemed to be a rambling of words.

[–] L3s@hackingne.ws 80 points 4 days ago (4 children)

This reminds me of a lot of half baked Facebook posts I've seen, how is this coming from the President of the United States?

[–] FistingEnthusiast@lemmynsfw.com 71 points 4 days ago

Because he's a senile fuckwit

[–] Gowron_Howard@lemm.ee 37 points 4 days ago (1 children)

He has the mental and emotional maturity of a potato

[–] _cnt0@sh.itjust.works 14 points 4 days ago

Don't be unkind to potatoes.

[–] Deceptichum@quokk.au 21 points 4 days ago

Who do you think voted for him?

[–] MuskyMelon@lemmy.world 9 points 4 days ago (1 children)

How are you surprised after all these years of spew?

We really need to see this just everywhere. It's simple, to the point, and gets under his skin.

Chat, is this real?

[–] very_well_lost@lemmy.world 68 points 4 days ago (2 children)

No way Trump knows what "atrophied" means...

[–] weirdboy@lemm.ee 24 points 4 days ago

Let alone be able to spell or type it correctly

[–] officermike@lemmy.world 7 points 4 days ago

But maybe Steven Cheung does.

[–] CobraChicken3000@lemmy.ca 56 points 4 days ago (2 children)

Is this...real? This is more unhinged then I remember these to be.

[–] the_q@lemm.ee 34 points 4 days ago (1 children)

People forget that Trump is a constantly aging old man.

[–] Merva@sh.itjust.works 19 points 4 days ago

Trump didn't write this. He wouldn't know what "atrophied" means.

[–] StarMerchant938@lemmy.world 33 points 4 days ago

Nice implied threat there. Wonder if Bruce will get hassled by cbp on his return.

[–] mrmule@lemmy.world 35 points 4 days ago (4 children)

Pretty sure this is AI generated text. I notice this thing where chatgpt uses a dash - instead of a comma,

[–] DakRalter@thelemmy.club 32 points 4 days ago (2 children)

Yeah and it's an em dash, not the regular hyphen on the keyboard (as you've used). ChatGPT does like a good em dash. Also is it true that trump can't actually read? That time starmer gave him the letter from king Charles, he looked at it blankly before giving it back and asking starmer to read it. That really gave me "I can't read" vibes.

[–] GreenMartian@lemmy.dbzer0.com 26 points 4 days ago (7 children)

I really hate how em-dashes are now being used as an AI indicator. I'm old—old enough to know how to use them—and have enjoyed the last couple decades of touch keyboards making it easy to type them.

Now i have to stop using them again because some stupid regurgitation machine starts overusing them...

[–] JollyBrancher@lemm.ee 10 points 3 days ago

Loved me a good em dash as well. I guess it's back to the underground of semicolons.

[–] zzx@lemmy.world 2 points 3 days ago

I USE THEM ALL THE TIME I HATE IT

[–] victorz@lemmy.world 3 points 3 days ago* (last edited 3 days ago)

old enough to know how to use them

How old would that be? I'm 38, I just had to look it up on the Internet a couple decades ago to know how to use them, and have used them on occasion since.

Now i have to stop using them

Nah, keep using language correctly. Don't bend to AI. Then it will have won a war it didn't even take part in.

The word "Atrophied" seems very out of place.

[–] Wilco@lemm.ee 20 points 4 days ago

Agreed, that and T-Rump wouldn't know what the word "atrophied" means.

[–] bramkaandorp@lemmy.world 11 points 3 days ago

Could be that Trump (or whoever is "truthing" for him) is using AI to do it.

[–] PlantJam@lemmy.world 8 points 3 days ago (1 children)
[–] Sconrad122@lemmy.world 13 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Doesn't mean it isn't AI-generated

[–] Jollyllama@lemmy.world 9 points 3 days ago

I subscribe to the conspiracy theory that the Trump team has trained an AI on Trump's tweets and speeches.

[–] wanderwisley@lemm.ee 43 points 4 days ago

Born in the USA needs to be played extra loudly on Donny’s birthday now.

[–] aeternum@lemmy.blahaj.zone 23 points 3 days ago

pretty certain "worst president" goes to you, donvict. Joe left the country's economy booming. All you have done is crash the market.

[–] melsaskca@lemmy.ca 12 points 3 days ago

Is this a threat? Will something happen to the Boss when he comes back to America? Is that what Trumpy-Trump meant?

[–] lowleekun@ani.social 22 points 4 days ago

I nearly fell for it. Then i remembered that trump writes (and speaks) like a mentally challenged toddler (not hating on them). This is too coherent to be Drumpf.

[–] Sgt_choke_n_stroke@lemmy.world 18 points 3 days ago (1 children)

He doesn't know what "atrophied" mean and neither do his supporters. either someone else wrote this or chatGPT did

[–] darcranium123@lemmy.world 3 points 3 days ago (1 children)

That shows that he did write it because atrophied is usually only used to describe muscles, never skin and it makes 0 sense

They could weekend at bernies this shithead for two years with chat-gpt and the only tell would be lack of public appearances.

Sorry. One last one. Asking ChatGPT to represent Trump nothing else said.

[–] Doomsider@lemmy.world 6 points 3 days ago

Guy has more talent in his pinky than the entire Trump family combined. Go cry some more Cuckmaster Donald.

[–] Kennystillalive@feddit.org 11 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Is this real or fake? I mean did he really posts this?

[–] SpicyLizards@reddthat.com 12 points 4 days ago

Old man shouts at cloud!

[–] MuskyMelon@lemmy.world 14 points 4 days ago

Why does it sound like KKKaroline Leavitt wrote this?

[–] KingGordon@lemmy.world 11 points 4 days ago

Butthurt much?

[–] psion1369@lemmy.world 6 points 3 days ago

Time to listen to the Boss.

[–] LuxSpark@lemmy.cafe 10 points 4 days ago* (last edited 4 days ago) (1 children)

Crystal clear projection, remarkable!

How’s the scoreboard on the number of times Joe and Donnie have been caught at public events completely checked out and in dreamland?

[–] Bot@sub.community 6 points 4 days ago (1 children)

I think maybe Trump’s therapist has been fired for ages :)

[–] reseller_pledge609@lemmy.dbzer0.com 5 points 4 days ago (2 children)

Trump is one of those boomer fucks that could REALLY benefit from a good therapist, but will forever refuse because he's A MAN and there's no emotions or problems or anything wrong and mental issues didn't exist when he was young and whatever else BS excuses boomers always have for not being self-aware.
