~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'

Why is it all shots including beverages, you ask? Idunno, started with specific moments of Janeway and Sisko in mind, then it just sorta became a theme.

For Janeway the only song that comes to mind is Rage's "Killing in the Name of" because fuck you she won't do what you tell her.
Imagine, if you will, a person who knows one (1) of these songs. Would you say that person was old? Would you think they're out of touch? Or is it the children who are wrong?

I wondered myself and had the same reaction.
2 of these tracks are from this century, so it kinda skews the premise. Throw them away as outliers. What remains suggests at least Millennial or further back. Could also be one categorized as an "old soul" with eclectic taste in music. Now, if you'd turn down that racket and kindly get off my lawn so I can nap before bingo.

Just looking up the first row of artists, I am seeing a different trend that probably explains my ignorance:
I'm 43 and I know 5 of these songs; 3 of them are from the '60s, 1 from the '80s, 1 from the '90s.
The same could be said about Section 31 as a whole.
