Crisis meeting? Are you telling me they're not intentionally tanking the season for better ~~draft picks~~ wind tunnel time? The literal downgrades they've put on have been genuine attempts at improvement?
You can call it anything you want while you sip coffee and have a laugh behind closed doors. They're trying to gift Adrian and the design team wind tunnel time to maximize their potential and correlation for 2026, that shouldn't be a secret to anyone.
At the same time they have sponsorship obligations so they can't just roll over and play dead in public. Crisis meeting it is.
You can still have a crisis meeting, with the agenda being "how to extend the crisis".
