Looks like a perfect stake to hunt a 20 meter big vampire.

I would have added it to my collection if it weren't five meters long.

Are any boats out on that water? If so, they had better be careful. You are armed with a torpedo!

There are a lot of smaller sailing boats and the beach is practically covered in driftwood, which will be cleaned up once the tourism season really starts.

This is in the vicinity of Saint-Tropez and the locals have a lot of experience dealing with driftwood. No big accidents come to mind.
