When you spend infinite billion dollars through your regional "partners" who knowably executed 9/11 bombing a country for a decade and the rebels STILL take the capitol and you have no real targets because you have forged Dune-style Fremen, while you officially ally with Al Qaeda as the government of Syria a few years after surrendering to the Taliban in Afghanistan... #winning

How else are we supposed to give nearly half of the discretionary spending to defense contractors? We can't just make a big pile of all the bombs, that would be dangerous. Dropping them on poor people ensures they are only dangerous for a brief amount of time, with minimal risk to the ruling class.
