That's a real shame. I always enjoyed watching it. I like to think of the Lockdown Corona episode, for example. Simply brilliant!

That's sad. I liked that show.

Shit this is going to be rushed as hell

I mean, fuck them for canceling it, but at least they let them redo the ending I guess. I'm assuming to give it a more definitive finale?

Edit: sorry, not reading replies. I haven't finished the show

How did it end again? I think the lead man and woman helped each other through a breakdown.

I remember reading afterwards that the creators did not want them to end up dating because they wanted to show men and women can work together without it turning into something more.

I couldn’t get past the new season’s first episode. It felt like nothing new was being said or done. I enjoyed a lot of the show, all in all. But it really feels done.

I agree. It started strong, but slipped steadily after the first season. It was great while it lasted. Not every show can be 6 seasons and a movie.

Same. I really enjoyed the first season, but since then it’s felt like the show never expected to get recommissioned and has really struggled to find a good direction.

Series 2 was decent enough, 3 struggled with the whole Ian & Poppy ‘doing their own thing’ storyline, and just turned more and more into a standard sitcom formula. The first episode of series 4 was so bad, all the character was gone, it was just so formulaic I didn’t bother with the rest.

How did it last so long? It's unbearable.

I think I got 3 episodes in hoping to see what all the fuss was about, turns out it’s just not a show for me. Glad others like it though!

And then the get to the standalone episodes, and they're genuinelly really good, so why is the actual show so annoying and unfunny?! Thats what broke me.
