Why aren't my friend's posts showing up on lemmy.world or lemmy.ml, even though she can post to communities on those instances unrestricted? (lemmy.wtf)

My friend is able to freely post in lemmy.world and lemmy.ml communities, which is demonstrable here

However, another friend pointed out that her posts aren't showing up on lemmy.ml and lemmy.world

If the posts were removed by the authorities, that would've been documented in the modlogs.

Despite what some may claim, she is not "instance banned" on lemmy.world or lemmy.ml. This is misinformation as she literally exudes proof of otherwise completely on demand (would a ghosted person be getting votes and commentary?)
