What did you like about it? I watched it once and thought it was just okay and focused mainly on a teens discovering they’re horny trope.

Good visuals, good music. I really like the world building even if it’s so wonkeyjawed.

The show starts out with a very established order and way of life in order to survive, Neon Genesis-style. Then the children go and make their own society without blackjack or hookers, Gurren Lagann-style.

I've watched Hellsing Ultimate at least 8 times now, and i've had the itch for a new run for the last few days. I will never be able to get through my watchlist... Watching Nazi Vampires vs Catholic Crusaders is simply great, i just love the invasion of london part

New anime is largely garbage, much like old anime. The difference is that time has filtered most of the garbage out of old anime so it's easy to find the good shit

Plus it's always a good time to rewatch Gurren Lagann

I'm about to go through Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex again because of "the laughing man" storyline being kind of reminiscent of a certain CEO shooting that took place in December of 2024.
A shame there isn't better release quality of GitS:SAC available though, looks very washed out on 1440p and over.
