Our maybe they have a right to legislate the types of products sold in their state… you know “states rights” and all that stuff you like

I still never really understood how California gets to dictate emissions for the rest of the US. They're big sure, but they were never that massive compared to literally the rest of America.

Maybe it was because of all of the motoring journalists living there, but they're moving on now.

It’s the size of their market. It’s easier to a build a car to the higher standard to sell in America. Otherwise you’d have 50 variants. It’s why you’ll find the stupid California says this will cause cancer on many things.
