Every piece of mainstream media coverage I’ve seen on the protests, one of which I was at, has severely down played the numbers. It’s dishonest reporting designed to prevent the resistance from gaining momentum and growing.
I heard 500k total? But that seems off by orders of magnitude. Just judging by the sheer scale. Although I do want them to be huge so I'm trying not to let confirmation bias fool me.
The one I went to in a major city was at least 25-30k if I’m being really conservative in my estimate. 500k over 1200 locations, even with many of those being smaller simply cannot be anything less than purposeful misreporting. The video and pictures I’ve seen from around the country showed a massive turnout. Potentially the largest protest in US history
