If you are attending protests today - take pictures of the crowds. Discuss with someone who isn't going to upload them to social media. Send the pictures immediately. Take video! Livestream! People need to know they are NOT alone.

If you aren't going to participate IN the protests - record them. Take pictures. Get the pictures from your friends protesting and get them on the fediverse, social media.

We all have a part to play. Fascism depends on silence, ignorance, and isolation. Communication is a powerful weapon against it.

Not sure if documenting everyone is the right take here, when we have reports of unlawful deportations and arrests, sometimes seemingly only because they were political dissident

So documenting the event and especially things like police wrong doings is important, I wouldn't really try to get everyones faces

No, we need photos of the crowds. Avoids faces, censor what you can with a black dot in paint.

People need to know they are not alone. They are empowered.

That's pretty much what I'm saying...?

I said, leave out individual faces, but document the event - so, the crowd

Wasn't specific enough maybe, but I'm fine with the result
