I don't think he's ever been charged, this is just the result of the police investigation into the allegations that were raised in the Channel 4 documentary a few years ago.

The important word here is "charged". He hasn't been convicted. Until it's been proven, I don't think anybody here can claim to know that he's innocent nor guilty.
It's always so strange to me that there are people like yourself who go out of your way to defend (by way of "iNnOcEnT uNtIL pRoVeN GuIlTy" spam) these questionable figures from very serious allegations. It's such a strange hill to die on. If you actually believe in this concept as much as you claim, the sensible thing to do would be to shut the fuck up and let the legal system resolve the issue, not go around trying to police what everyone else says about the accused online.
He's a right wing grifter with a history of shitty behavior and multiple allegations going back years. I feel confident in my assessment of Russell Brand as a worthless piece of shit. Unless you're a court of law you don't owe him the benefit of doubt.

After some previous allegations he got slightly canceled and responded by moving towards the right and getting into their conspiracy BS. There's others as well, even without the aid of Brand that's a well known pipeline. At least for me. I know several girls who went from slightly pissy and into spiritual bs to pretty much HC right-wing.
That's your opinion. Him being an asshole or not is neither proof (nor lack thereof) of his guilt. And if you know for sure he's a rapist, submit the proof to the court. The alleged victims would be very happy to have it.

Yes, my opinion is that the sketchy grifter with a history of shitty behavior and years worth of allegations is likely guilty of doing the bad shit he gets accused of.
