Jokes on you! I have vivid dreams of "waking" up, checking my clock, and then panicking so hard because I'm late, that it actually wakes me up just to find out it's only 2am.

Every. Fucking. Night.
Having anxiety sucks.
Edit: I've even set redundant alarms, yet I still worry that both my phone and watch will die in the middle of the night. Surely doesn't help that it has already happened once before. Forgot to charge my watch one night, and then YouTube overheated my phone and somehow killed my battery while it was plugged into a 25w rapid charger. (They need to fix that bug already; YT will randomly overheat my phone at least once a month. This has been happening for at least 5 years now.)
Danger is my middle name
Wake up at 8:00

I think I invented time travel
just did this.
just took a mental health day.
I woke up at 4.30am, two hours before my alarm, and couldn't get back to sleep. This was the first post I saw on lemmy. Being middle aged sucks, I miss sleeping in.
Just did this and woke up 30 minutes late. Thank god I'm WFH today.
I work on-call. Any hour day or night. I frequently go back to sleep after getting called. I have like fifty alarms on my phone.
Yep.
You either open them back up 2 minutes later, or you just die in your sleep
I wfh and do this every day. No regrets.
I did this yesterday, and slept for 4 hours
