Hahahaha I meant the story behind the middle finger to the studio!
BUT - now that I think of it, while I can describe many scenes, remember lots of direct quotes, etc...I probably couldn't have given the summary you did. So you're right, the movie is such a ride the story falls into the background lol. I'll have to look for some more subtle details too.
Oh!
Well, essentially, somebody gave Tom Green a bunch of money to make a movie, and he blew it making a nonsensical spectacle. Which is why I like the movie, because it becomes entirely hysterical when you're in on the joke.
The movie's plot even gets a little meta. Mr. Davidson gives Gord a million dollars, and he blows it making a nonsensical spectacle. Once you realize this, you start noticing other meta gags he wrote in. Like how his straight man best friend is played by Harland Williams, who is notorious for always being the most batshit crazy guy in the room.
There's a lot more to talk about, but I couldn't do it nearly as much justice as Mike and Jay over at RedLetterMedia. Their Freddy Got Fingered Re:View pretty much lays it all out.
