Honestly I want the Clicks Communicator less because of the keyboard and more because it seems like an interesting form factor plus has a headphone jack and SD card slot. (thelemmy.club)

It's not nostalgia - I've never had a keyboard phone.

There's going to be a cell module for it supposedly and they show working telephony on their site so I'm hoping to replace my phone with it. It's basically exactly what I've been wishing existed

Looking at https://mecha.so/comet it seems like it's an interesting starting point to DIY a phone.

It'd definitely be interesting to tinker with...
