I don't know how old you are and whether you need to hear this, but it is totally fine to look the way you look. You are either your hardest critic, or surrounded by the wrong people. This sounds like such a tiny detail that most probably won't even notice.

Look at yourself in a mirror from 2 m / 6 ft away. That's how most people see you. Occasionally people might be half as far away. Are they really that stricking?

The most obvious things always receive the most attention. A stylish haircut, or a great outfit or a cool tattoo will leave a bigger impression than any vein or scar or whatever else.
