A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Man I went to that site, looked up a city, and the more info button took me to an Instagram login page :(
Ultimately unless you have a union organizing or fellow workers interested don’t just follow along with these social media general strike calls.
No doubt they do mean well but a nation wide general strike requires organizing on a massive scale, and that doesn’t happen by just asking on social media to do so
Ah ok thanks!
For sure. You’ll wanna check in with one of the endorsing organizations, like 50501, CAIR, or LA Tenants for more complete information — this is just a prompt to go check in with more formal organization if you haven’t recently.
I'll help you find what you're looking for if you want to dm me.
I don't really feel comfortable DMing my location, but I appreciate the offer.
Totally understandable! I wouldnt either, but i thought I'd offer.
