Overview:
The community dedicated to boycotting the US until they stop fascism, restore full democracy and start following international law.
Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.
America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.
America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

Weird ass thing to do.
Minnesota has paper backed electronic voting.
There's not a lot he can manipulate with that.
Intimidating certain voters not to leave their homes and go vote, obstructing voters, detaining them - lots of non-electronic ways to manipulate an election
My bet is data mining for state subsidy reasons. Or just a "tough guy" approach to intimidation.
He knows which neighborhoods to bomb.
He knows which houses to send the secret police to to beat, threaten, or murder.
He knows which people to force private companies to bankrupt to put them into poverty.
There is a ton that he can do with that information.
Still tells you where the concentration is highest for 'unfavorables'. After that a dragnet makes short work.
