I'm only fluent in English, but I know fragments of many different languages. I get jumbled sometimes, and it's weird. When I'm in a lot of pain, I tend to speak or think in German, for example. This is unfortunate, given that I don't actually know much German. I often slip into French when speaking or thinking about time โ€” for this reason, the vast majority of my friends have learned that "Quelle here est-il?" means "what time is it?" due to how many times I've accidentally asked that question in French
