Oh yeah, pivoting to making him a religious prophet has been Plan B for a long time, and it will come back when he's out of office, even if he's being prosecuted. ESPECIALLY if he's being prosecuted. Having your prophet in prison offers a pseudo-martyrdom, without having to die.

During the Biden administration, Traitor-General Michael Flynn operated a traveling roadshow of conservative and religious speakers, called The Re-Awakening America Tour (wouldn't that make it WOKE?), and the overarching theme was that Trump is an actual religious icon.

One of the regular speakers was Lara Trump, whose speech claimed that she is in constant contact with God, that she SPEAKS directly with God himself, and God has told her that he has appointed Trump to be his chosen emissary to lead America into its Christian future. Trump didn't care much for Lara, until she started giving that speech. After that, he put her in charge of the RNC.

There is also the advantage that being a religious figure allows you to demand tithes, and there are no limits on religious contributions, unlike campaign funds. He can demand and accept any amount, from any country or corporation, and he doesn't even have to report it to the IRS. It's the perfect set-up for a conman and money launderer.

If Trump had lost to Harris, we'd be watching them elevate him to be equal to Jesus. If we manage to get him out of the White House, expect him to go full on religious whackjob. He'll think that Christians will demand his freedom, and even fight for it, and they probably will.

We could use a good religious uprising, and then we can crush those weirdos, too. Without MAGA or Religion fucking everything up, we might be able to have decent country.
