Masked man tries to enter woman's vehicle; she drives away, other masked man not in any danger of the departing vehicle shoots the driver. No officers ever present in front of the vehicle, yet they claim risk to officers.
Surprise, you live in a police state.
There was someone in front of the vehicle, you can see them jump out of the way depending on what video you watch.
This is not a defence of ICE, but part of your statement was straight up false information.
Ok this was definitely murder but there was an agent standing in front of the car. He barely jumps out of the way at the end.
He didn’t need to have his gun drawn and you’re not going to convince me he didn’t already have it out with how fast he started shooting. None of the other “officers” felt they needed to have their weapons out.
Also when she starts to accelerate you can see the shooter’s feet between the legs of the one grabbing the door, not in front of the car. He’s in front of the car for maybe half a second when she starts to move forward, starts shooting, then continues to shoot after he’s clear.
At best he’s getting a broken foot or leg if he actually got run over at that speed from that angle.
There's a bunch of videos from different angles but:
He wasn't just standing in front of her.
He was walking past the front of the car, about when the guy touches the door handle he stops walking just barely still in front of her.
With everything going on the driver likely never even saw him.
The gun was drawn when the car barely moves forward a few inches, then he begins to shoot almost immediately as soon as it moves again.he could have taken a single step to his right and let the vehicle drive by. Instead he played matador and shot multiple times while doing so. Him firing the gun only made it more likely he'd be injured.
Yeah I don’t think she saw him at all, probably afraid of the dude trying to rip open her door.

This is bad enough without people straight up ignoring reality.
You’ll note I say he’s in front of the car for about half a second when she starts to move forward. You can see this in another video from the front angle where he rolls off the front left of the vehicle then starts shooting. He continues to fire as she goes past him and he’s clear of the car.
The reality is that the shooter is a trigger happy dumbass approaching a car in drive from the front or manipulated the situation so he could shoot her and claim he felt he was in danger at worst.
But this is America, you can kill a black person over stealing a bag of skittles if they make you scared.
We literally made being a scared pussy legal with Zimmerman.

Watch the video, as she was backing up to move, an agent jumped in front of the vehicle gun drawn. Another agent, who killed her, already had his gun drawn. Either way they were going to kill her.

As ugly as watching the death of an innocent person is, I think honestly the comments on that video under that link are more fucking heinous. So many people just gaslighting, pretending the officer was in danger, like we can't clearly see that's bullshit. A giant "I STAND WITH ICE" picture. People saying she deserves to die for not getting out of the car when ordered. Fuck it man. I know it's not everyone or anything, but Jesus. America is so fucking lost right now.

Apparently you have to sign in to bluesky and disable a content filter for adult content, but that person's link worked for me. Graphic content someone said it was labeled, I just watched it there instead of creating an account
