Infrastructure is composed of public and private physical structures such as roads, railways, bridges, tunnels, water supply, sewers, electrical grids, and telecommunications.

The stuff that makes the modern world go round!

Despite historic levels of investment in infrastructure over the last twenty years, America’s 2025 infrastructure grades for roads, bridges, safety, and transit look mostly the same. No one should consider putting a single penny more into a program with such bad results. Unfortunately, raising new money is at the top of the list for our country’s association of civil engineers.

People don’t want to pay taxes, but expect services like roads anyway. It’s a fantasy world. 🤷‍♂️

The gas tax hasn’t been raised since 1993. The current federal administration would rather spend $100 million on ad campaigns than infrastructure.

People don't want to pay taxes to politicians they don't trust for wars they don't want to fight. We don't live in a stable society, some are walking contradictions via shallow understandings because they live in a world of contradiction. Shrugged sholders "such is life"..... At least thats my take on taxes. Why gawd did yankeeland destroy its rail system.

I thought they spent $250m on a single ad campaign. Surely they spent more on all ad campaigns combined.
