I never quite wrapped my mind around knife/flashlight collecting. I have one of each that I EDC and I did quite a bit research to find the ones I like the best (Benchmade Bugout and Wurkkos TS22 - both in green). Carrying anything else would mean leaving home the one I like the most which doesn't make any sense.
I don't judge. It's just one of those things I have no theory of mind for.
To each their own. I mean, some people collect spoons of all things.
Spoons. Not knives. Madness. (Next you're telling me it'll be forks.)

You collect knife boxes, and you have them filled with knives just so they're not empty.

The backplane is the rather popular 3D printable Honeycomb Wall system. The angled divider trays are my own design which is compatible with the same.

I suspect that would result in a lot of sharpened knives.
Lol. Oh for sure. Knife and straight razor sharpening has been my hobby for the past 30 years. My daily driver EDC is currently a red Microtech Ultratech knife and an Olight ArkPro in zombie green.
