The strange thing about conservatives is the sheet capacity for being wrong about everything simultaneously.

Pick an issue. Abortion and birth control.

The already compromised liberal compromise gave conservatives less abortions than when it was banned and virtually all moral harm other than what the fantasy of a soul imparted magically somehow into an egg somehow suffering harm.

Instead they are poised to harm thousands of women. A harm that is only at all mitigated only insofar as they fail to have complete control.

You could put almost any issue on a 50 sided die and roll it and find a bone headed destructive position.
