Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

After Force Awakens I had the following questions:
It doesn’t take much imagination how to make an exciting follow up with these open threads. TLJ decided that none of these threads matters and went in a completely different direction.
The only question I had after TLJ was:
Much weaker way to build up for the grand finale.

Yeah, TLJ totally ignored it all 🙄
And I already addressed a handful of the threads left by TLJ, so I won't repeat myself.
Literally none of that is true. All he did with Snoke is kill him. Luke wasn't in this movie, just some bitter hermit that sort of looks like him. The Knights of Ren may as well have not been there.
Also I don't know what phantoms you imagined, but there were no threads left by the end. That was a finale.
Certain people get so pissy that Rian dared to add depth to a character, treating their original, basic Hero's Journey story as peak writing that can't ever be touched again. It tracks that you fail to see the possibilities left by TLJ.
Depth is not the word for it. You're looking for character assassination.
