I made a basic fried rice.

I always fuck it up somehow. Rice is too sticky

You gotta use day old rice. This time I used microwave rice un-microwaved.

Egg.

Beat one egg, into hot oil then stir in the rice, then soy (dark for color, light for flavor) then cooked veg/etc. The egg coats the rice.
