Poor cropping half-intentional, I fucked up my text wrapping but thought it would be funnier to keep it that way.

Edit: I changed the image so my first comment doesn't make sense anymore, but I'm not able to remove it due to technical issues.

It says that from 15 mins onward the audio is ear cleaning + whispers so I don't think you missed anything. I will need to check

Wow there really is a 6 hour one but it's more about removing atimuli at the end to let you continue asleep
