lowkey I kinda found it a bit fun, like I've been trying to debunk my suspected AuDHD by combing through a shitton of scientific research as well as the DSM-5, and haven't found anything to the contrary.

I've been doing this for 3 months straight... Yeah no I definitely have it.

Hi, do you mind sharing some of your research ? I personally don't have much in the way of research..... it's mostly a bunch of markdown notes about my own life that are starting to look like the Pepe Silvia meme

Good question, I can't present it right now, since I'm about to go to sleep, but I'll try to find all the research I found tomorrow. Also, the research is a bit disorganised, since I don't usually sync my bookmarks on any browser and I've got 3 daily driver devices and 3 others I occasionally use, so I'll have to search a bit.

I've also got a bit of other research I'll take out due to relevance, such as acquired savant syndrome research (I do relate to it a bit funnily enough).

Oh and yeah, I do have markdown notes of my own in random places too lol. They're basically just recall tests, lists of symptoms and other random stuff about my psyche distributed across like 5 different notes apps

I can relate a bit. I've been trying to consolidate everything under one roof (currently generic markdown files generated by QOwnNotes). For me, anything goes. Even a random sentence by a random person as long as it helps paint the broad picture. The only issue with this approach is, it can be prone to confirmation bias. Anyway, please do share if you can, but no pressure. Cheers,
