No, but trans people tend to be nerdy introverts

Trans people who are on lemmy/reddit, I'd say. Plenty of less chronically online trans people I know are quite extroverted. (I'm not disagreeing, just offering another perspective)

People here are nerdy. You are using shortcut. That like : Count Dracula have a castle because he is a count not all vampire got castle.

If you are immortal and eat for free, you have no excuse not to invest your food budget in index funds and wait a couple of hundred years. If a vampire doesn't at least live in a stately home, they are making very poor investment choices. What I wouldn't give to have invested in Nintendo back in 1889.

Truly, but do you really expect vampires to be up to news, the guy lived through every major crisis, he probably is pissed about human made crisis

Would you rather be poor and pissed off or rich and pissed off?

Hum this exclude the possibility of living in a island alone where money have no value !

[–] Berengaria_of_Navarre@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Yeah, but if you're a vampire living being removed from people means being hungry, which is no fun for anyone.

Yeah I expected ypu te react on this topic. You felt in my trap, mouhahaha. Can a vampire survive on livestock ? I mean there is much blood in a cow. But more realisticly I though about the tribe which are killing any stranger coming on their island, maybe their chief is a reclusive vampire. All the stuff one reclusive vampire which is over human drama may need.

I think less than one outsider every decade tries to visit North sentinel island. That's not a lot of food, unless you start consuming your own tribe, but how long would they last if you did that?

[–] Diurnambule@jlai.lu 1 points 1 day ago

This would bring the question of how long can the brain function. Do they start to forget and live in a state of daze temporel like they don't remember being kid or like us which remembers some event and extrapolate missing pieces of events

Maybe they have human livestock ? So they Dee the outside world as infested with rats. Hundred of years of psychosis can bring you far. See in the documentary Iron Sky they bring the subject of space vampire very well too
