I'm not going to sit here and say this definitely didn't happen, but considering where the accusation is coming from and the political alignment of the accused, I'm taking this with a boulder of salt.

Eh, the article states she was running Trinity Healthcare. That’s the subsidiary of United Healthcare that specializes in denying benefits to veterans, so I’m not so sure she’s a shining example of honor.

Sure, if there's merit to the case, it should shake out in court. But considering everything else coming out of the DOJ recently, I think skepticism is warranted here.
