They were trying very, very hard to pretend that was a leftist attack so they could justify all the things they wanted to do themselves.
The right are nothing but hypocrites and any criticism they have can be ignored. Obama wearing a tan suit drove them literally insane with how "unprofessional" it was. They can fuck off.
There's some things that both sides can generally agree on. Brian Thomson, for example. Seems the only people who had a problem with his death had >$10 million stock portfolios.
