MAGA is not the Tea Party

Completely different Christian extremist organizations.

The Tea Party doesn't exist as a separate movement anymore. They were a racist reaction to Obama becoming president, and an act of populist rebellion against the establishment Republicans that were willing to compromise with Democrats. They were the trailer trash wing of the GOP, and they were wildly popular with their base for it.

They all became MAGA, as soon as Trump threw his hat in the ring back in 2015.

Tea Party is just a small circle inside the bigger maga circle.
