Honestly this is way less bad for Bill than Lewinsky was. She was a white house intern and he was the most powerful man in the country. I'm not sure exactly when this alleged blowjob is supposed to have taken place, but as long as neither was president at the time I have no problem with it at all. Heck, even if it was during either of their presidencies my objection would be if there were political favors and corruption involved.
Maybe he would need to apologize to Hillary, but for all we know she might have been the one holding the camera. But I don't really care about their personal marriage issues.
If Putin was involved and this led to any American concessions to Russia, by either Clinton or Trump, well that's starting to get into treason territory. Maybe asking forgiveness might get them life in jail instead of the death penalty in that case.
