It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was originally conceived as a sitcom called It's Always Sunny on TV taking place in Los Angeles, California and following a group of struggling actors. A few short episodes were shot in order to pitch the show to networks, most notably an episode that would later be re-shot into S1E4 "Charlie Has Cancer" for It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

In this video linked here, we see a scene in which Artemis auditions for Glenn/Charlie, which was to be part of an episode titled "Big Breasted Violence". It should be noted that this is not footage of Artemis Pebdani's audition for the role of Artemis Dubois. This is Artemis Pebdani portraying Artemis Dubois, a character who herself is an actor that is auditioning for something in this episode. You can tell that this scene was reworked into her introductory episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia in which she auditioned in front of Dennis and licked his face.
