I always use the sink, doesn't matter if it's a 1 or a 2
I'm not sure what this comment is in response to, but yes you should always wash your hands lest you expose someone you shake hands with to your genital sweat mixed with whatever sneeze was on the bathroom door handle. And if I find out you exposed me to your genital sweat, you bet your ass I'm going to write "genital hands" on a post-it note and slap that shit onto your back.
They listed urinals, toilets, and sinks. I was trying to make a joke that I use the sink to go to the bathroom.
