I take bets if he keeps his Job nonetheless.

He will, cause AFAIK only a sentence of at least 18 month triggers a removal from civil service.

12 months. Which is why so many of these cases have less than 12 months as "punishment".

We'll see. Potential disciplinary action is separate from these criminal procedures. He would have lost his job had the verdict been 1 year jail time though. (Or 6 months for specific crimes e.g. treason.)

But in this case I also guess he will keep his job.
