disagree, look at all the cultures that have bald friendly hair fashion. often with people shaving their head to reach it.

There's a theory that european monks had their distinct hairstyle specifically because it's ugly. When it comes to those shaved-head asian monks, a completely shaved head is a lot different from a balding head - most balding men still need to shave to achieve that hairstyle.

Its still bald-friendly; balding guy can't swing a full 'fro, but some razor time and a little polish? He might even be a little quicker than you and I!
