Frequently like on special occasions? That's normal enough. I'm from a regular year round flag flying region. I can assure you it does not aid in cross community cohesion.

Flax is from Northern Ireland, I don't know why they feel it's so important for England to adopt their toxic flag culture.

I am too, they should be well aware of the territorial nature of flags in these here parts.
