All of them, fake. The plant is plastic, the cloud is exhaust from a factory, the honey is artificial and the pattern reveals the wood is fake wood paneling decorated to look real. Which means my skin must be fake....and ....my eyes are artificial ... My hair is plastic ... I am the result of mass production gone in a poof, like smoke from a stack ...o shit my meds, forgot to take them today.
