For me, it is always when someone asks me a question which answer could easily have been retrieved through their phone online. You're meaning to tell me, that what you have in your pocket, is not some form of gateway to information that can answer anything you're curious about at just about anywhere?

So you go and bother me instead, whom for all I care, could just lie to you or to be honest, admit that I don't know everything. Because that's what your god damn phone is for now and has been for a while now. Go use it, stop nagging me, I know when to use it when I want to know something, I don't go around bugging people and asking stupid questions.

Being a dick to other people for no good reason. That also covers racism, sexism etc.

People being cruel to animals. Not just pets, but also for example intentionally squishing harmless bugs.

As for your example, I actually sometimes appreciate it when for example my niece asks me something for her schoolwork instead of just googling it. I think there is value in getting answers from a Human instead of a machine. But sure, in other instances it can be annoying, though hardly inexcusable for me.

I was going to say rudeness. It costs nothing to be polite.

I really dislike when somebody reaches out to another person for help only to be pushed away.

Surely they asked you because they respect your opinion, or think you're a good resource, and you just throw it back in their faces like the entitled little cunt you are.
