I'd gush about how envious I am of the setup and demand a tour of everything. I've wanted one of those sex chair/chaise things for years.

You can get a decent set for maybe $100 or less, you can arrange them into different configurations.

You can also just use them ... you know, as intended, to bedrot in luxury and proper posture.

I would recommend getting one of these (Chaise Longue - LC4) instead, you can get them reasonably cheap & can be used in about the same ways:
Fair enough. I just encountered one for the first time about a decade ago at a dungeon and it was somehow rotatable (like you could put it on its side) for different positioning. I doubt I'll ever be able to afford that thing, but this could be an alternative. :)
