Personally I would love to move to many other countries, and I'm in healthcare so I could do it. However my entire family close and extended, along with my wife's family live here. So it's pretty much going to take the gulags to get them out of the country. Of course by then it's too late. Same thing with climate change something about human nature makes it so we can't react to a society wide problem until it's a pressing issue, and beyond repair

financially impossible for most people to move. and alot of countries dont make citizenships /visa easy. unless you are part of the PHD/ MD crowd.
