Das Problem wäre sofort gelöst, wenn Apotheken Joints bzw. Blüten an Personen ab 18 Jahren offiziell verkaufen dürften.

Dann könnte sich jeder, der mal etwas rauchen möchte zur Apotheke seines Vertrauens und dort ohne großen Aufwand legal kaufen.

Wie Alkohol oder Zigaretten eben auch.
