While the idea is mildly amusing, I don't care for making light of very valid safety concerns for women (or anybody, really). The green-lighting of this article screams insensitivity at best, worse misogyny, and I don't even wanna mention the worst possibilities.
It's the Onion -- satire satirizes. Also, it's already a feature for women to request female drivers and preview their reviews. This is just taking it to its (il)logical conclusion.
