Today's social food adventures, looks great right? The hamburger had a fun surprise - onions and other starches! These carbs, they get put into everything (probably to pad out profit margins)

Australian rissoles typically have plenty of breadcrumbs in them too

Also never trust an Aussie sausage, they are rarely just meat, they usually have about 30% bread
