In this segment of opposing views, heart disease causes are discussed between two of the most successful cardiologists in their field.

Dr. Ovadia is a cardiologist who supports the carnivore lifestyle as the optimal diet, Dr. Kahn is a Vegan who supports a Plant Based Lifestyle to prevent heart disease as the optimal diet.

Without engaging in meaningful, long-form conversations between two opposing views, we live in echo chambers -- false realities -- never challenging science. By the end of this conversation the two Cardiologists who have fundamentally different methodologies agreed on probably the biggest factor that causes heart disease. What that means is that everyone, regardless of eating carnivore or vegan, can start with this simple truth agreed upon by the two doctors and know that they are fundamentally eradicating heart disease.

Dr Ovadia wrote an excellent book, "Stay Off My Operating Table." It was one of the books that pointed me in the right direction and his advice greatly improved my metabolic health. I owe him a debt of gratitude. It is good to see how passionate he is on the topic.

To paraphrase Dr Kay, when listening to health advice I like to look at the overall affect and presentation of the person giving the advice. It's clear who the healthier of the two is just by looking at them.

Dr Ovadia is still a big guy, he has a way to go on his health journey. I only mention this because we also have to take in the context of how long someone has been doing a new metabolic intervention to where they are now.
