Kent isn't a doctor, and the content isn't novel, but its a really good overview and accessible.

One thing he doesn't hammer home is that

  • None of these plants are essential for health

Since we have demonstrated that optimal human health can be sustained on ABF, incorporating plants isn't a necessity. In the context of totally optional - the downsides take a different tone.
